Project management methodology and procedures
We have developed a workflow that uses cutting-edge and innovative technologies integrated with Project Management procedures. In fact, OWAC is certified in the application of project management procedures according to UNI ISO 21500/502:2021 and UNI ISO 11648 standards. In this context, BIM is applied alongside Project/Programme Management, and both methodologies are deployed from the planning through to the construction management phases.
